Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products (No Refund After Access)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Refunds are not provided once access or download has been granted

 

2. UK/EU Cancellation Waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

By purchasing digital content, you:

  • Consent to immediate access
  • Acknowledge loss of your 14-day cancellation right

 

3. Physical Products (Print Books)

a. Returns (UK Customers)

You have the right to:

  • Return physical products within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

b. Faulty or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Item does not match description

c. Print-on-Demand Note

Books are produced via Lulu Direct.

Minor variations in print quality may occur and are not always considered defects.


 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Digital products already accessed
  • Change of mind (digital products)
  • Minor printing variations
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

 

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos (for damaged items)

 

6. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


 

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restriction
  • Revoked access to digital products
