These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of marydoubleo.com and purchases from Mary's Digital and Print Store ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell digital products only:

• PDF books, guides, and journals
• Downloadable Luna Series content

All products are delivered electronically.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Orders and Payments

a. Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled via Paystack or Gumroad, depending on the product. We do not store payment details on our own servers — all payment information is processed directly by these providers.

b. Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed once payment is successful. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary (e.g., fraud suspicion).

5. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered instantly via:

• Email
• Download link
• Account access (for products checked out on marydoubleo.com)
• Gumroad's own delivery system (for products checked out via Gumroad)

6. Intellectual Property

All products remain the property of Mary's Digital and Print Store. Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may NOT:

• Resell or distribute
• Share or upload publicly
• Modify for resale

7. Product Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free performance
• That products meet every expectation

Products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018. To the maximum extent permitted:

• We are not liable for indirect damages
• Liability is limited to the purchase amount

9. Third-Party Payment & Checkout Providers

Some products are fulfilled via Gumroad's checkout and delivery system. While we select and list these products, the checkout process and file delivery for those products is handled by Gumroad, and we are not responsible for delays or issues on Gumroad's platform outside our control.

10. Consumer Rights

Nigerian customers retain rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018. We sell to customers worldwide, and if your local law grants you consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, those rights still apply and are not limited by these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
