Delivery & Access Policy

How You Receive Your Order

Everything in the Mary Double O shop is a digital product. Nothing is printed or shipped — there's no physical delivery, no shipping address needed, and no waiting for a package.

What Happens After You Check Out

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll get access to your files in one of two ways, depending on the product:

• Instant download products: you'll be redirected to a download page immediately after checkout, and a copy of the download link is also emailed to the address you provide at checkout.
• Products fulfilled via Gumroad: checkout completes on Gumroad's platform, and Gumroad emails your download link directly to you, typically within a few minutes.

If You Don't Receive Your Download

Check your spam or promotions folder first — confirmation emails occasionally land there. If it's been more than 30 minutes and you still don't have access, contact us at support@marydoubleo.com with your order number and we'll resend your link.

Access After Purchase

Download links don't expire under normal use. If a link stops working, reach out and we'll issue a fresh one — no need to repurchase.

Technical Requirements

Files are delivered as PDF (and, for planner/journal products, may include additional formats such as printable pages). You'll need a PDF reader to open them; most phones, tablets, and computers already have one built in.
