Depending on the product, you'll either be redirected to a download page right after checkout (with a copy of the link emailed to you too), or — for products fulfilled through Gumroad — Gumroad emails your download link directly, usually within a few minutes.

No. Every product in the shop, including the Luna picture books, is a digital download — there's no shipping, no shipping address needed, and nothing arrives in the mail.

Payments are processed securely through Paystack or Gumroad, depending on the product. I never see or store your card details — both providers handle that directly.

Refunds are available within 7 days for duplicate charges, corrupted or unopenable files, or an accidental wrong purchase you haven't downloaded yet. Since these are digital products, refunds generally aren't offered once a file's been downloaded and accessed. Full details are on the Refund & Returns Policy.
